Thank you for visiting us at IN SUNNY MOOD! We will do everything we can to make your purchases with us a positive and joyful experience.

Please find our terms and conditions below. 

IN SUNNY MOOD is a part of PIPOL'S BAZAAR AB, 556701-3114. We are a Swedish company with showroom and warehouse in Stockholm, Sweden, and we deliver World Wide.

Our webshop is open 24/7, all year round. As soon as we have received your order it will be handled within 24 hours on working days, or the following working day if it came in on a weekend or holiday. Read more about orders below.

 

General Conditions

To shop in our webshop we need you to provide the compulsory information. Your e-mail is important for us to confirm your order and inform you about any changes that might happen to your order. Your phone number is also important so that notifications will reach you. When ordering you get the question if you want to subscribe to our newsletter with campaigns and sales offers from us. If you check the box ”Yes” you can always unsubscribe at a later time. We will not share your personal information with other companies or organisations.

You have to be at least 18 years of age to make a purchase with us. If you are younger than that you can make an order if you have your parents/caregivers approval.


PRICES

The prices that are shown in the webbshop will be the one you have chosen and are shown with tax. If you have chosen delivery outside of EU the tax will be deducted in the shopping cart. 


If a product on your order has received an incorrect pricing or the information to you has been incorrect, please contact us or you may be contacted by us. If that is the case you always have the right to cancel your purchase.


PAYMENT

You can pay with Klarna, Swish (Sweden only) or NETS / creditcard. 

Invoice with Klarna normally comes with a payment period of 14 days, or if they have campaigns which are offered to you. If the payment is late it will be handles by Klarna and we recommend you to get in contact with them directly.

Credit card
Payments can be made with most available credit and debit cards. The transaction is encrypted and safe, it won't be shown to others and will not be saved with us. 


DELIVERY

Within Sweden we send your package with DHL or Postnord. DHL will send your order to the closest Service Point and you will be able to collect your package with the tracking number provided and your ID. For deliveries by Postnord your package will most often be delivered directly to your mailbox, or they will contact you for collection at the closest Postnord office. When sent by Postnord, the return label needs to be sent to your mail or text - you need to contact us for this to be administered. Call +46-8-758 32 00 or send us an email at contact@insunnymood.com and this will be sent to you by return mail/text.
For delivery outside of Sweden we use DHL or FedEx Economy. 

When you have received your package you need to analyze the package and see that it's not damaged and that your products is in good condition.
If you need to make a complaint regarding your products you need to do so asap after delivery.


Despite destination the delivery takes 2-3 working days to reach you, longer delivery time might occur depending on destination. Please note that if the package is not collected and is returned to us we will charge an administrative cost of SEK 150 within Sweden.

Free delivery!

Delivery within Sweden is free and our minimum order value is set to SEK 200/Euro 20. Within the EU the delivery cos is SEK 99/Euro 10 and the delivery is free for orders over SEK 1000. Outside of the EU the delivery is SEK 179/Euro 18 and free delivery for orders over SEK 1500. Some locations are included in what freight companies call "remote areas" and have special tariffs and longer delivery times. Should your delivery be to a remote area destination, we will contact you before delivery to check the price and delivery time.


RETURNS

Should you want to return your entire shipment or return a selected product and uses the return freight label (if Postnord we need to get notified to administer the return lable), we charge a cost of SEK 39 within Sweden, SEK 129 within the EU and SEK 199 for other countries. When we get your package back to us, we review the goods and return your payment with the same payment method that you paid with, minus the return cost. If you place an order outside Sweden, you must contact us before making your return to have your return shipping bill emailed to you.

When you shop with us you have a 14 day cancellation right and applies from the day you receive the product. The returnrights does not apply to any promotional gifts that were a result of your purchase, they also need to be returned in order for your return to be valid.

It is important that you notify us and initiate the return to us within 14 days. The following is important to go through and follow in order for us to be able to refund your return:

  • Fill in the return document that comes with your shipment, and put it in the package along with your return.
  • The item you return must be completely unused and in new condition.
  • The item must still have it's tags and come back in its original packaging. Damaged or missing original packaging can lead to a decrease in the value of the product. This also includes any accessories such as jewelry bags, boxes or other.
  • When you return the product, make sure they are properly packaged. You are solely responsible for the package until we receive it. Save the receipt from the carrier and any tracking number.
  • With your shipment comes a return label if DHL (within Sweden) or by mail/text efter getting your information on the return (Postnord). We recommend that you use it so that your item is insured against any damage or loss. Regardless of freight label, you are responsible for the goods until it arrives at our warehouse. If your return shipping bill has disappeared, please contact us at contact@insunnymood.com or by phone +46 8 758 32 00. If you order outside of Sweden, contact us before receiving a return label.
  • Return your package from the same Service Point that you received the package from or if Postnord - through the local Postnord office closest to you.

If you have received an incorrect item or if the product you received is damaged or broken, let us know as soon as possible and we will send you a new product. Please note that IN SUNNY MOOD cannot under any circumstances accept returns sent for collect-on-delivery or the like.

REFUNDS

If you use your right of refund, we will pay back what you have paid minus the return freight for the item as soon as possible or no later than 30 days from the day we received the item. Read more about the distance contract law with the Swedish Consumer Agency: http://www.konsumentverket.se/

 

Safety of purchase

Complaints

If you wish to make a complaint regarding your purchase, please contact contact@insunnymood.com or by telephone +46 8 758 32 00. If we do not succeed in finding a satisfactory solution, you can, if the requirements for this are fulfilled, submit your complaint to the Public Advisory Board. Purchase of products on pipolsbazaar.com is governed by Swedish law. All disputes shall be settled in a Swedish court.


Environment & Ethics

We take responsibility and demands throughout the whole chain from design to delivery. It also means that we choose to remove PVC material in our bags and that we comply with the EU rules for materials in our jewelry. Our products are nickel free, without cadmium and lead.

In cases where we use feathers, bone and horns in our products, these come as waste products for food animals which would otherwise be discarded.

We assure ourselves that the companies we employ pay statutory pay and comply with the labor law rules that apply in each country. Our production take place in factories which are BSCI-certified and we have local representation in place where we produce.
